Shaun Gerhardt is a Chicagoland native with over 10 years of experience in lead management and operations. He holds an Associate’s degree from Lakeland College and is a proud U.S. Army Veteran, having served from 1996 to 2003 before being honorably discharged.
Shaun spent a decade in the utility industry, including three years managing a team of 14 technicians working across fiber optics and high-voltage electrical systems. His leadership experience and operational mindset have translated seamlessly into the land real estate space.
Today, Shaun plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, team performance, and deal execution within the business.
Outside of work, Shaun’s greatest pride is his family. He and his wife, Kristine, have a blended family of six children, including three they share together.
